BIM Plumbing Modeler

Role & responsibilities

Develop detailed plumbing models (water supply, drainage, sanitary, vent, and storm systems) using Revit MEP and other BIM tools.

Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, and schedules from the BIM model.

Ensure all plumbing designs adhere to project BIM standards and specifications.

Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Architectural, Structural) to identify and resolve clashes.

Participate in internal and external BIM coordination meetings.

Assist in maintaining and implementing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

37 years of experience in BIM Plumbing modeling.

Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of plumbing systems (domestic water, drainage, venting, rainwater, etc.).

Familiarity with Middle East project standards
