Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Structural Steel with strong experience in pergola structures to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and fabrication details for structural steel and pergola projects. A portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted with the application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for structural steel and pergola works using industry-standard software.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings in coordination with design and site teams.
• Ensure models comply with project specifications, codes, and approved design standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Update models based on site conditions, RFIs, and design changes.
• Support quantity take-offs and material schedules from BIM models.
• Maintain proper BIM documentation and model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in structural steel projects.
• Proven experience in pergola structures (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures / Revit Structure / AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of structural steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory (applications without portfolio will not be considered).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
