BIM Modeler – Structural (STR)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain structural BIM models (LOD 350–500) including reinforcement, connections and fabrication-level details.
• Produce shop drawings (formwork, reinforcement, steel detailing, bar bending schedules).
• Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure all models align with the BEP and QA/QC requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks; knowledge of Tekla Structures is an advantage.
• Experience in reinforcement detailing and structural steel modeling.
• Familiarity with LOD requirements (350–500) and BIM workflows.
• Understanding construction sequencing and shop drawing preparation.
