BIM Modeler(Architecture)

• Model Creation & Management: Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural BIM models from design drawings.
• Coordination: Integrate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models to prevent clashes.
• Documentation: Generate construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, schedules) and visuals (renderings).
• Clash Detection: Run clash detection, report issues, and work to resolve conflicts within the model.
• Standards & Quality: Ensure adherence to project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Family Creation: Develop and modify Revit families with embedded data (materials, costs).
• Technical Support: Assist architects and engineers with BIM processes and software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
