Revit Draftsman or BIM Modeler (Architectural)

Period: to start immediately until JUNE 30, 2026

Location : Doha

Revit Draftsman is responsible and specializes in the application of building science and technology to all company projects. He should have specialist skills enabling him to work within a managed design process and develop technical knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions and should recognize the significance of the pre, during and post aspects of the project.

Requirements

Previous Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience using AutoCAD/Revit with advanced training in current software
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and NBS Specification Manager

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ CAD/Revit experience in industry-standard formats, including 3D graphics and presentations
• Strong drafting fundamentals: layering, links, dimensioning, detailing, model/paper space, viewports, scaling
• Proficiency with advanced Revit BIM tools across disciplines; family creation and parameter/schedule management preferred
• Ability to update models to as-built conditions
• Ability to work independently and under pressure; follow instructions and direct others
• Understanding of building design principles
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills; effective communication
• Proficiency in Revit for templates, layouts, BOQs, tables, and material schedules
• Knowledge of reverse engineering projects and complex geometry modeling (massing/site) is a plus

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit competency with advanced training
• Bachelor’s or college degree in CAD or drafting studies preferred
• Experience managing multiple systems
