Job Title: BIM Modeler or BIM Coordinator with Architecture Background

Location: Qatar

Employment Type: Full-time Contract

Workdays : Sunday to Thursday ( 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated BIM Modeler or BIM Coordinator with Architecture Background to join our growing team in Qatar. BIM Modeling/Coordinator who are eager to develop their skills and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Prepare and manage 2D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings derived from BIM models.
• Assist in clash detection and coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support project teams in preparing quantity take-offs and schedules.
• Ensure models are aligned with project standards, company BIM protocols, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and coordinators to resolve design issues.
• Maintain and organize BIM documentation and project files.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.
• Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and workflows.
• Participate in project coordination meetings as required.
• Coordinate and collaborate with MEP and structural teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of BIM/Revit experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.

Requirements

• Valid QID (Transferable) is mandatory.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice.
• Willing to commit to a contract.
