  • ead BIM Modelling and CAD Operators team, tracking team utilization VS AOP to maintain it and overachieve. D
  • eployment of standard project estimation and execution P
  • roblem solving, strategic handling of major projects escalations. P
  • roject execution activities quality assurance and tracking of delivery VS planned dates and estimated labour hours. L
  • ead the team delivering assigned scopes at committed times, within quality standards. L
  • ead the team to Study and Evaluate BIM Modelling/CAD Drafting scopes, understanding all technical drawings, documents, products, components, application and any revisions thereon. G
  • uide build-up of BIM Modelling Families/Libraries and CAD Drafting Libraries, and project database. D
  • rive project specific technical discussions and deploy standard engineering process. L
  • ooking after BIM Modelling and CAD Drafting scope growth and extend team’s engagement in projects globally. W
  • ork on scope discussions make sure of team’s accurate understanding of the solution requirement to ensure accurate workable engineering design that is complying to project’s specifications. E
  • nsure of proper labour estimation. F
  • ollow on and provide project reporting thread with multiple high level/low level reporting styles L
  • ook after team quality, qualifications development and team growth. P
  • erform team trainings and follow up on team’s knowledge gaining and experience development. A
  • rrange and perform technical cross-knowledge trainings. S
  • et standards of technical BIM Modelling and CAD Drafting interviewing process, standards and perform in-depth experience check for potential candidates. D
  • evelop and implement standardized processes, tools, and systems for BIM and CAD operations. C
  • ollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across projects. D
  • rive efficiency and effectiveness in modeling and drafting processes. I
  • dentify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. M
  • onitor and analyze performance metrics to measure team effectiveness. L
  • ead, mentor, QC and develop team members to achieve project goals.

ey qualifications: D

  • egree in an Engineering discipline; Architecture, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical. H
  • AVC and Light Current Solutions background is a must 3
  • + years of experience in supporting building solutions. E
  • xperience in BIM modeling and CAD operations (typically 3+ years). D
  • iploma in BIM Modeling S
  • trong project management skills and experience leading technical teams. E
  • xcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. S
  • trong communication and interpersonal skills. E
  • xperience in implementing and managing design models or similar initiatives. K
  • nowledge of best practices in technical functions and design processes. ⁽ ¹ ⁾ A
  • dvanced understanding of HVAC process, Building Automation, Energy Management, or LV systems. R
  • igid experience of handling CAD drawings and ability to analyse technical details of system drawings and schematics, with advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical symbols. S
  • ix Sigma training or similar process improvement certification is a plus. E
  • xperience of MS Visio is a plus W
