Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Project Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience and a strong background in international projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering BIM models across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage BIM workflows for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop, review, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Support design teams in implementing BIM processes and best practices.
• Perform model clash detection, quality checks, and reporting.
• Manage project data exchange, file management, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior BIM team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in BIM coordination, preferably on international projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (or equivalent platforms).
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Preferred:

• Experience with large-scale, complex international projects.
• Knowledge of additional BIM tools such as Dynamo, Solibri, or Tekla.
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
