Roles and Responsibilities:


Strategic: -

 Assist Head of Projects in carrying out execution activity for building construction for the designated buildings

 Project Management – Exposure of putting an execution plan in place and driving this plan to delivery under ambiguity and stressed timelines.

 Construction Management – Knowledge of how to initiate, plan, organise, execute and manage the construction of large-scale mixed-use projects.

 Cross functional exposure. Should interpret and coordinate between Architecture, Structure, & MEP drawings and highlight the necessary changes required.

 Understanding various processes laid down by company to facilitate project performance. Ensuring compliance and timeline of such processes.

 Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / costs / productivity. Undertakes process improvement activity in own area.

 Should coordinate with different functions and agencies like planning, commercial, corporate affairs, consultants & contractors.

 Ensuring complete adherence and compliance to the legal & regulatory frameworks around project.

 Should monitor and control quality / quantity of material used by contractors for carrying out the execution work.

Operational: -

 Execute the work at site as per the project scope, key milestones, quality, and design expectations.

 Monitoring the Civil, MEP & External Development construction activities being carried out by the Contractors

 Monitoring of Daily project performance and ensuring adherence to annual operations plan and ensure work done as per schedule

 Ensure quality of execution and timely completion of job as per schedule  Material Management and Inventory planning – Planning and raising of material, manpower resource requirements through Project Head

 Ensuring implementation of best practices of E, H&S with tangible performance record. Financial: -

 Should ensure all civil/construction works are performed within the budgeted limits keeping in mind the framework of contracts

 Should check, certify, and recommend payments related to execution expenditure  Should Optimize utilisation of materials & control wastage of the same.

People:-

 Ability to drive diverse, cross functional teams with / without reporting lines such that project objectives deliver maximized returns.

 To think, propose and define short term / medium term / long term objectives & goals for the site team.

 Conducting detailed & effective project performance reviews with site team.

 Presenting comprehensive project progress reviews to senior management – under various forums

 Completes performance appraisals & people related processes of team.

 Facilitating team building & employee engagement initiatives for the site team.

 Should ensure continuous development of staff, by identifying training needs, nominating for training programs, providing feedback and coaching.


Educational Qualification and Experience:

 B Tech (Civil Engineering) with 13- 15years of experience in Residential/Commercial Projects.

 Good written and verbal communication skill.

 Good Presentation Skills.

 Must have worked with Real Estate Developer.
