 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The Head &ndash; Adani Power Training &amp; Research Institute leads the strategic, operational, and academic direction of the organisation&rsquo;s technical / behavioural capability-building arm. The role is responsible for designing and executing technical / behavioural capability building programs aligned to business strategy&mdash;covering generation, operations &amp; maintenance, transmission, distribution, and emerging digital technologies in the energy sector.
 
 
 The incumbent acts as a strategic partner to business and leadership, ensuring the institute becomes a centre of excellence (CoE) for capability enhancement, talent pipeline creation, and productivity improvement across the organisation.
