Responsibilities
Monitor comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and milestones
Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, planning, quality, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of all on-site activities.
Track daily work progress to meet contractual performance requirements.
Monitor tools and equipment supplied to the customer, ensuring calibration is up to date.
Oversee on-site activities such as foundation work, erection, and commissioning, while managing teams to ensure efficient execution and quality control at wind farm.
Act as the primary contact for stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal SPOCs.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee resource allocation and procurement.
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project execution.
Maintain records and prepare reports on project activities and progress.
Ensure materials and services are cleared by the customer, including documentation aligned with contractual milestones.
Verify availability of all documents required for erection and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), and share them with the customer.
Monitor Long term storage management
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for WTG project execution.
Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Provide training to customer representatives and their contractors on loading/unloading, storage, and erection of WTG components.
Ensure all project-related documentation is complete and properly preserved.
Resolve site-related erection and commissioning issues within stipulated timelines.
Ensure all work within scope is executed as per ANIL SOPs and quality standards.
Visit project sites as required to support execution
Qualifications
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
7 to 10 year experience in wind farm project execution
