BIM Structural Modeler
Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years total experience
• At least 2+ years of GCC project experience

Industry:

• Building Construction – Residential, Commercial & High-Rise Buildings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit Structure
• Prepare structural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed documentation
• Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless model integration
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and company guidelines
• Generate schedules and quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model
• Update and revise models based on design changes, RFIs, and client feedback
• Participate in clash detection, coordination reviews, and BIM meetings
• Maintain high levels of model accuracy and structural detailing quality
• Collaborate closely with Structural Engineers to understand and interpret design intent
• Follow applicable industry codes, standards, and CAD/BIM protocols

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modelling
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings
• Experience across design and construction phases
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
