BIM/MEP ENGINEER

We are currently hiring Mechanical Engineer having Professional Experience in Autodesk Revit of MEP Design.

Responsibilities:

• Your job will be to develop 3D models of Mechanical systems such as HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Fire Fighting according to the given set of rules on Autodesk Revit.
• Ensuring that the BIM models are accurate, comprehensive, and align with the project requirements.
• Using BIM tools to identify and resolve design conflicts (clashes) between different systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems) before construction begins under the supervision of other experienced engineers.
• Conducting quality checks on the model to ensure it meets the required standards and regulations.
• Verifying that all elements are represented correctly and are in line with the project’s specifications.
• Ensuring that the model is updated and accurate as the project progresses.
• Ensuring that all project data (e.g., materials, schedules, costs) are accurately reflected in the BIM model.
• Generating construction documents (plans, elevations, sections) from the BIM model.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university having CGPA>3.
• Having experience in Building Installations (Mechanical) minimum 2 year.
• Having strong knowledge of Building Installations (Mechanical) MEP.
• Having Strong Skills/Knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk AutoCAD minimum 2 year.
• Having Strong Skills/Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360 would be a plus.

• Prospective candidate must be dedicated, detail oriented, have time management skills and align himself with the timeline of the projects.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for collaborating with project managers, BIM managers, engineers and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Good skills of written and spoken English Language is Mandatory as the communication will be with their European counterparts.
