Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Anywhere in UAE

UAE /Gulf Country Projects or Onsite Experience

Years of Experience: 3+years is mandatory with min 2+years of GCC/UAE

Availability: Immediate Joiner -30days

Should have Building Construction Experience ( Residential , commercial & High Rise building )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and related software

• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs

• Prepare detailed electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable routing, and containment systems

• Produce construction-ready drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation

• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specs, and quality standards

• Support construction teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications

• Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparations, and coordination drawings

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and BIM standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM electrical modelling with construction project involvement

• Proven experience on Gulf region MEP or construction projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UAE standards, and BIM workflows

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field

• Effective communication and teamwork skills, both in office and on-site
