About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. We are looking for a Junior Creative Program Executive to help develop and define the Binance identity. You will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence. This position can be fully remote in the Middle East timezone.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Creative Program Management leads to help manage overall Middle East North Africa (MENA) creative requests
• End to end project management for cross functional projects
• Review and ensure quality creative briefs with sufficient turnaround time
• Develop project plans and timelines, and provide timely project updates
• Follow up, coordinate and collaborate while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including internal design team and other marketing team members to manage timelines and expectations
• Support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to improve workflows, processes, and systems across campaigns, video, paid ads, OOH, events, social and more to deliver at scale, especially for scaling MENASA regional and local social and paid ads initiatives
• Collaborate closely with external creative agencies and production houses to ensure smooth creative process, creative work quality and delivery in a timely manner

Requirements

• A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
• Ability to manage requests and projects independently
• Expertise in Google Workspace is a must
• Familiarity with project management tool such as Asana is a plus
• Experience with graphic design and/or video production software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) is a plus
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Bilingual in English would be ideal to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
