We collaborate with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, HFT and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks, fintech firms, and more.

The Binance Accelerator Program is dedicated to early career talents with internships or up to 1 year of experience. It is a full-time opportunity to work with the VIP Marketing team at Binance for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of product offerings to drive new user growth
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns
• Contribute to content marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert VIP tiers
• Create and develop interactive content such as blogs and newsletters
• Collaborate with growth marketing, SEO, Product Marketing, and PR teams on VIP initiatives
• Manage social media channels (mainly Twitter) to enhance visibility in engaging and informative ways
• Work with other business units to run promotional growth campaigns
• Coordinate logistics and planning for VIP events, including swag distribution

Requirements:

• Educational background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
• Passion for or experience in the crypto industry
• Internship or 1 year of marketing experience focusing on social media and content creation
• Strong proficiency in English and excellent writing skills
• Understanding of Crypto Twitter and social media mechanics
• Resourceful and creative thinking, planning, and execution in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and proactively
