We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our online presence, generate qualified leads, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across email, search, and other digital channels.
✅ Develop engaging content aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
✅ Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
✅ Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
✅ Support SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic and paid search visibility.
✅ Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
✔ 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the financial services sector.
✔ Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
✔ Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
✔ A self-starter who keeps up with the latest digital trends and best practices.
