Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans across platforms—SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and content marketing, specifically tailored for fitness audiences
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms like TikTok.
- Create dynamic and engaging content—blogs, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters—to attract and retain members.
- Manage the fitness brand’s social media presence and community, including influencer partnerships.
- Oversee website updates and ensure SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and conversion.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience to enhance engagement and membership sign-ups.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; provide regular reports and actionable insights
- Set up conversion tracking and manage performance across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.
- Coordinate fitness-centric campaigns, events, or promotions to build brand engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. LinkedIn Business
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing—experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM/email platforms, SEO tools, and CMS.
- Strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and drive ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, alongside creativity in content creation
