Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist at ShahCo Medical Pvt. Ltd. in Islamabad. The Product Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as product demonstrations, customer training, sales support, and providing technical expertise to clients. They will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and support customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, including competitive analysis and product comparisons.
- Collaborate with internal teams on RFQs, budget proposals, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, biomedical teams, and procurement departments.
- Oversee order execution, ensure timely deliveries, and manage after-sales follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and client interactions in the company CRM system.
- Contribute to market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and strategic product positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related healthcare/science field.
- 3 years of experience in the Medical device industry, preferably with exposure to Radiology, Imaging Modalities, or Operating Room equipment.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and client engagement skills.
- Familiarity with tender procedures and institutional sales processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
