We’re seeking a Senior Bioassay Scientist to lead effector function testing and cell-based assay development in a GMP-regulated lab environment. This is a full-time, leadership role with relocation assistance provided to help you transition smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead effector function testing for biologics and support preclinical development
• Design and execute cell-based assays, including ELISAs, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity and timely documentation
• Maintain lab compliance, drive operational improvements, and support quality initiatives
• Supervise and mentor team members, manage workflow, and conduct performance reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
• Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assay development
• Proficiency in ELISA, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis – relocation support is available

• Position is full-time, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.
