Biology Teacher

HBSS Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Biology to secondary and higher secondary students, developing engaging lesson plans, and inspiring students to achieve their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Biology instruction in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Biology education.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Biology concepts and the ability to convey them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching Biology at the secondary or higher secondary level.
• Familiarity with the local education system and curriculum.
• Ability to create a student-centered learning environment.
