Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Biology Tutor to join our academic team at Infopark. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for teaching students at various learning levels. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons, preparing study materials, and ensuring excellent student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Conduct Biology classes (online/offline) for students as per the curriculum

Simplify complex biological concepts for better student understanding

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Student Engagement & Support

Clarify student doubts in a timely and supportive manner

Encourage active participation and maintain a positive learning environment

Guide students in exam preparation and project work

Academic Coordination

Coordinate with the academic team regarding schedules, class updates, and reports

Maintain proper records of attendance, performance, and assessments

Participate in training, meetings, and academic improvement activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences

Previous teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to engage and motivate students

Strong academic planning and organizational skills

Working Hours

Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Part-time: Based on class schedules
