Biomedical Equipment Technician (Laser Hair Removal Machine)

We Are Hiring: Laser Equipment Technician & Sales Specialist Location: Dubai Full-time Responsibilities: Technical (Maintenance & Repair): • Diagnose and repair laser hair removal machines • Perform maintenance, calibration, and pulse count management • Replace handpieces, cartridges, filters, optics, tubing, cooling components, etc. • Ensure laser safety compliance and proper documentation • Train clients or staff on proper equipment use and maintenance • Monitor and manage consumable usage • Recommend and install replacement consumables Sales & Client Support: • Sell consumables and accessories to clinics and med spas • Support sales of new or refurbished laser machines • Provide technical product consultations and after-sales support • Identify upselling opportunities during service calls • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain customer records Requirements: • Experience servicing aesthetic laser hair removal machines • Knowledge of laser consumables and part replacement schedules • Background in technical support, biomedical equipment, or electronics • Proven sales experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical devices • Ability to travel locally for client visits (if required) • Good communication and presentation skills
