Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Dental Sales Representative. The Dental Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling dental materials and products and services to healthcare providers.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, meeting with healthcare professionals, delivering product presentations, providing customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the medical field, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

-Build and manage a network of dental clients (clinics, hospitals, universities).

-Conduct daily field visits and product presentations.

-Identify new sales opportunities and achieve territory targets.

-Deliver clinical-value demos for dental materials and equipment.

-Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.

-Maintain CRM records (e.g., Zoho) and update pipeline regularly.

-Coordinate installations, training, and after-sales support.

-Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.

-Collaborate with service, marketing, and finance teams.

-Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

-Education: Dentist (BDS/DMD) or strong dental/clinical background.

-Experience: Minimum 3 years in dental materials, consumables, or equipment sales within the UAE/GCC.

-Solid understanding of dental procedures, materials, and clinic workflows.

-Valid UAE driving license and willingness for daily field travel.

-Proven sales track record in prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing.

-Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience (Zoho preferred).

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

-Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
