Your Role:

As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic’s growth. You’ll connect with patients, promote our dental treatments, and craft creative campaigns that make our brand shine both online and offline.

You’ll bring together sales strategy and marketing creativity to grow our patient base and enhance our clinic’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Patient Engagement

• Handle patient inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, social media, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism.
• Present treatment plans confidently and help patients understand their best options.
• Follow up on leads and consultations to achieve conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships and ensure excellent patient experience from first contact to follow-up.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Support digital marketing efforts — from social media content ideas to campaign coordination.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, ads, and seasonal offers.
• Collaborate with the creative team on content (photos, videos, patient testimonials, etc.).
• Track marketing performance, patient feedback, and conversion data.
• Stay updated on dental and aesthetic trends to suggest fresh marketing ideas.

You’re the Perfect Fit If You:

• Have experience in sales, marketing, or patient relations (dental or medical field preferred).
• Are confident, persuasive, and have a natural flair for communication.
• Understand how to balance care with conversion — selling with empathy.
• Have strong coordination skills and can multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Are comfortable using CRM tools, social media platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Speak fluent English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus!).
