About the Role:
Alpha Corporation is looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Engineer with a background in Biomedical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business development, with the confidence to take initiative and seize opportunities.This role requires someone with a sales mindset, energetic, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry professionals.
• Conduct meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Maintain organized records of visits, leads, and sales performance.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Travel across Pakistan (approximately 30% out-of-city travel) for meetings and client visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (required).
• 6 months or up to 2 years of experience in Medical Sales & Service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A sales-oriented and opportunity-driven mindset.
• Confidence to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
