Job Description

Revita Life Sciences is seeking a motivated Biotechnology Lab Assistant to support research and development activities in regenerative medicine and biologics. The role involves assisting scientists and research associates with routine laboratory work, cell culture activities, quality control processes, and overall lab operations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong laboratory skills, attention to detail, and an interest in translational biotechnology research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in stem cell and mammalian cell culture under supervision
• Support preparation of media, buffers, and reagents
• Help with routine experiments, sample handling, and data recording
• Perform basic cell characterization and quality control (QC) tasks
• Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage lab inventory, including labeling, storage, and ordering of consumables
• Follow and help update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in documentation and compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines
• Support senior staff and help train new lab members when required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and biosafety practices
• Familiarity with cell culture techniques is preferred
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to follow protocols accurately and work as part of a team
