Job Title: Six Sigma Black Belt - Payroll Process Improvement
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Six Sigma Black Belt professional with deep expertise in payroll process improvement. The ideal candidate will lead and manage process improvement initiatives specifically within our payroll department, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or equivalent certification. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement with a focus on payroll operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel). • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in payroll or HR-related industries. • Project management experience. • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
