Blender Artist

We are looking for a skilled Blender Artist who is creative, detail-oriented, and fully prepared to take on a full-time position. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual assets using Blender. This role is ideal for someone who can bring ideas to life with strong artistic vision and technical proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create 3D models, animations, and renders using Blender.
• Develop environments, characters, props, and visual elements as required.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure assets match the project’s style and quality.
• Optimize 3D scenes for performance and production workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues and refine assets based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency, detail, and quality across all deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a graduate and fully prepared for a full-time job.
• At least 2 years of experience as a blender artist required.
• Strong proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation).
• Good understanding of PBR materials and rendering engines (Cycles/Eevee).
• Ability to follow creative direction and maintain artistic consistency.
• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating 3D work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with sculpting (Blender Sculpt mode or ZBrush).
• Knowledge of compositing and motion graphics.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other 3D tools.
• Ability to create simulations (smoke, fire, cloth, particles).

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
