Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Blinds Technician to handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of manual and motorized blinds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various blind systems and the ability to ensure high-quality installation in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, and commission all types of blinds, including roller, vertical, Venetian, Roman, zebra, and blackout blinds.
• Install and troubleshoot motorized and automated blind systems.
• Perform repair and maintenance work for existing blinds and window covering systems.
• Take accurate site measurements and report any site-related issues before installation.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, drawings, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, sales, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Follow all site safety rules and company policies during installation works.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Blinds Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manual and motorized blind systems.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Ability to read basic drawings and installation instructions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
