As part of our expansion in Doha, we are seeking a visionary Blockchain Strategy Lead to spearhead our blockchain initiatives and drive strategic adoption.

Role Overview

The Blockchain Strategy Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s blockchain roadmap, overseeing research and development, and aligning blockchain solutions with business objectives. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate across teams and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement blockchain strategies to support business growth.
• Lead research and development of blockchain-based products and services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate blockchain solutions.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Build partnerships with industry stakeholders, vendors, and regulators.
• Mentor and lead a team of blockchain developers and analysts.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on blockchain initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in blockchain, fintech, or digital transformation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in blockchain frameworks (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and tokenization.
• Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR40,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
