POSITION: BLOW MOULDING OPERATOR

Qualification: CIPET Diploma or ITI.

Should have experience in Extrusion Blow Moulding at least 2-5years.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

• Achieving and maintaining company established goals in efficiency, quality and safety by following all procedures
• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging: Start / Stop the machine; performing parison controls; monitoring Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.); performing regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks; preparing machine for mold change; ensuring goods are produced in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications; accurately recording goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
• Assisting Shift Supervisor as needed.
• Working together in a Team: ensuring team works together as efficiently as possible.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in and around the machine and within department.

KRA

• To carried out the production plan & achieve the targets.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Control of wastages/ rejection online.
• Online job training to helpers for their achievements.
• Maintain the safety & discipline in the workplace.

SALARY AND REMUNERATES

• AED 2000-2500
