Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Must have BMC Helix ITSM Administration and Development, Helix Digital workplace, and Helix Digital workplace Catalog Administration Skills

Good to have Helix Business workflows, Helix Innovation suite, Helix Dashboards skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy ITSM Suite

Experience with most or all the following BMC applications:
BMC Helix ITSM
BMC Remedy AR System
BMC Digital Workplace / Digital Workplace Advanced
BMC Helix CMDB (Atrium)
BMC Helix Innovation Studio (Good to have)
BMC Smart Reporting (Good to have)

Proficiency in:
AR Workflow (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
Forms and Views customization
Approval processes
