BMS Commissioning Engineer

Location: Qatar
Salary Range: QAR 6,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BMS (Building Management System) Commissioning Engineer with strong expertise in Siemens BMS products and solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and handover of BMS systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, testing, and startup of BMS systems.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot Siemens BMS controllers, field devices, and software.
• Verify control sequences and ensure systems operate according to project specifications.
• Conduct point-to-point testing and functional performance testing.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients during commissioning activities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, communication, and network-related issues.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and handover documentation.
• Support site installation teams and provide technical guidance when required.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS commissioning and controls systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens BMS products, including:
• Siemens Desigo CC
• Siemens Desigo PX Controllers
• Siemens PXC Series Controllers
• Siemens Building Automation Systems
• BACnet and Modbus communication protocols
• Experience in HVAC control systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and energy management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation documents.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
