BMS Engineer (Siemens Systems) – Immediate Hiring

Our client, a global technology giant and a leader in providing cutting-edge building management solutions, is dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall system performance. Specializing in state-of-the-art BMS systems, they are currently seeking a skilled BMS Engineer with expertise in Siemens systems to join their team.

Position: BMS Engineer (Siemens Systems)
Salary: QAR 9,000 (Full Package) per month
Working Hours: 10 hours per day (including overtime & breaks)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Job Type: Full-time 6 months Extendable contract

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS systems across our clients' facilities with a strong focus on maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs on BMS hardware, software, and connected control systems.
• Monitor system alarms and ensure prompt response to any operational irregularities.
• Conduct system backups, updates, and configuration adjustments as required.
• Coordinate with facility management, HVAC, electrical, and other technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and any interventions performed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams regarding BMS functionalities and maintenance best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, energy management systems, and building automation protocols.
• Experience with major BMS platforms (such as Siemens)
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and system layouts.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency practices.
