Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to manage and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operation, monitoring, and optimization of HVAC, electrical, and other critical systems to maintain a safe and compliant hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) and associated controls.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor alarms, troubleshoot faults, and take corrective actions promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS and integrated systems.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and subcontractors for system upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations, and infection control requirements.
• Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and faults.
• Optimize system performance to improve energy efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and system backups.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover of new systems or upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in BMS operations within Healthcare or Facilities Management.
• Hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP integration.
• Familiarity with hospital compliance standards and critical environments.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Certifications in BMS or HVAC systems will be an advantage.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR10,400.00 per month
