About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a BMS Engineer with hands-on experience in the Niagara Framework to support the delivery, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems across a range of projects in the UAE.

This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced building automation solutions, integrating HVAC, lighting, energy management, and third-party building systems within Niagara-based environments.

Requirements:

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Hands-on experience with Niagara Framework (Niagara 4 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and other open building automation protocols
• Proficiency with Niagara Workbench programming and commissioning
• Experience with HVAC controls, field devices, and control panel wiring
• Ability to integrate third-party systems into Niagara platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret control drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Niagara Certification (N4 TCP or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and support project delivery activities
• Program, configure, and commission Niagara-based BMS systems
• Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols
• Create and configure BMS graphics, stations, databases, backups, and restoration processes
• Install and commission field devices including controllers, sensors, actuators, and meters
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimisation
• Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance on existing BMS installations
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Develop Niagara logic, user interfaces, and system architecture in line with project specifications
• Maintain project documentation including wiring diagrams, system configurations, and commissioning records
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards
