Experience in electrical engineering within a Li-Ion batteries product design and manufacturing environment
Working Knowledge on Altium designer or any other EDA tool is a Must, Schematic capture and PCB layout.
Knowledge about CAN Simulation/dbc files from CAN Matrix, Knowledge in using Vector CAN tools (like CANalyzer, CANoe), ETAS-INCA,etc.
Understanding of Automotive Standards AIS, IEC, PCB Layout Guide lines & Functional Safety ISO 26262.
Experience with electronic simulation and signal analysis, Analog and Digital signal Conditioning
Knowledge of communication protocol like CAN, Modbus as well as SPI, I2C, LIN, K-LINE Knowledge DFMEA, FMEDA, HARA, Worst Case Analysis (WCA), Component Stress Sheets Knowledge of HW build process
Expert with high current power semiconductor selection (IGBTs, MOSFET’s, and Diodes), gate drive and protection circuit design.
Expert in designing and supervising circuit design and PCB layout for EMI/EMC compliance independently with little to no supervision
