BMS Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced BMS Operator to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient and safe building operations. Candidates must have hands-on experience working with BMS systems in Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the BMS system and equipment across the facility
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the BMS and associated systems
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze system performance and generate reports
• Adjust system parameters to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain logs of system operations, alarms, and corrective actions taken
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Escalate major faults and system issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a BMS Operator in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and controls
• Experience in monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems via BMS
• Familiarity with industry-standard BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider)
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be physically fit and available to work extended shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
