BMS operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for facility operations.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to alarms and perform initial troubleshooting of DDC panels.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective actions.
• Maintain daily logs and operational reports.
• Monitor and respond to FACP, CAMS Fire Alarm, Fire Pump System, and FM200 systems.
• Contract Duration: 2 Months
