BMS Project Engineer

Digizen Technical Services is a firm that specializes in ELV Systems and is key-focused on providing complete solutions including system installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) for advanced automation solutions in key infrastructure including various sectors.

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate BMS project engineer with 4-5 years of experience, who can work from scratch to the handover process under the system providers like Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider.....etc.

Candidate must have BMS technical competence, site coordination ability, and a proactive approach to complete the projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Site survey of the new requirements for the projects.

Budget planning and execution of the project within the budget.

Coordination in the procurement of the project peripherals and coordination with the site team.

Ensure installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.

Supervise subcontractors and technicians to ensure quality and productivity.

Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs related to ELV systems.

Resolve site issues, clashes, and technical queries promptly

Manpower allocation and monitoring of daily activities and reporting to the management.

Documentation of the project phases and submission of related documents.

HSE, PTW, and site-related activities coordination with the team.

Competence:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or Mechanical-related discipline.

4-6 years of relevant experience in BMS projects.

Good understanding of ELV system installation and commissioning activities.

Documentation and communication skills.
