BMS PROJECT ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Project Engineer to manage Building Management System (BMS) projects including installation, commissioning, and coordination with clients and contractors. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute BMS/IBMS projects from design to commissioning.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project execution.

Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Monitor project progress and report updates to management.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during project execution.

Support project handover and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.

3–6 years of experience in BMS / ELV / Building Automation systems.

Experience with BMS systems such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, or similar.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems integration with BMS.

Experience in site supervision, testing, and commissioning.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Good communication and project coordination skills.

Qatar Driving License preferred.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols.

Experience in hospital, commercial, or large infrastructure projects.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
