BMS System Supervisor (1 Month Project)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS System Supervisor to manage, maintain, and optimize IP-BMS systems (Honeywell, Tridium, Siemens) for projects across Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, new installations, and programming, ensuring full compliance with technical drawings, manuals, and standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize IP-BMS systems, including Honeywell, Tridium, and Siemens platforms, for commercial and residential projects.
• Supervise and coordinate inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, new installations, and system programming.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair tasks.
• Collaborate with contractors, facility teams, and project engineers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of building management systems.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to BMS technicians and other team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering or Science (minimum 3 years of academic study).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IP-BMS system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in computer applications and relevant BMS software.
• Must be currently based in Qatar and available for immediate joining.
