Job Title: BMS T&C Technician

Location: Hamad International Airport
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months – Extendable)
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Salary: 4,500 QAR Full Package (All-inclusive of all benefits and allowances)

Job Summary

Our client, a global engineering technology company is looking for skilled BMS Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Technicians to support BMS commissioning activities on a major project at Hamad International Airport. The role involves hands-on work with HVAC and BMS systems, site testing, troubleshooting, and close coordination with the BMS T&C Engineer and project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-commissioning and final testing & commissioning of BMS systems.
• Perform BMS point-to-point checks, loop checks, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and verify BMS signals (AI, AO, DI, DO) and related control logic.
• Assist the BMS T&C Engineer with program downloading and testing activities.
• Monitor and control BMS systems using BMS graphics and operator workstations.
• Work with BMS field devices and peripherals, including sensors and actuators.
• Review and verify DDC panel wiring and field terminations.
• Prepare and maintain pre-commissioning and final commissioning checklists.
• Ensure effective coordination with team members and report progress to the Team Lead.
• Comply with HSE standards and project safety requirements at all times.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS control systems.
• Hands-on experience in BMS testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of BMS field devices, wiring, and control panels.
• Experience with BMS graphics operation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Siemens BMS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade certification in Electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in BMS T&C or BMS site activities.
• Experience with Siemens Desigo X-Works Plus, Desigo CC, ABT, and ABT-Pro is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
