BMS Technician

Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,500 – 2,700

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building automation systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults, alarms, and software/hardware issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system updates.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and facility teams for system upgrades or expansions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BMS Technician or in building automation systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems integration.
• Familiarity with BMS software platforms and control panels.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking concepts.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
