Job Summary

A to Z Company is urgently hiring experienced BMS Technicians for facility management and building automation projects in Qatar. The role involves installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.

Position Details

• Position: BMS Technician
  
  

Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning

• Configure BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, and building services.
• Perform wiring of sensors, actuators, controllers, and control panels.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and functional verification.
  
  

Operation & Monitoring

• Monitor HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, chillers, and ventilation systems through BMS.
• Track alarms, trends, and system performance.
• Maintain daily operation logs and reports.
  
  

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and rectify faults in BMS and HVAC systems.
• Repair and maintain DDC panels, sensors, controllers, and wiring.
• Work with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, Instrumentation, or related field.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as BMS Technician.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Experience in facility management or commercial building maintenance preferred.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BMS systems and HVAC controls.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and DDC systems.
• Good troubleshooting and technical reporting skills.
• English speaking is mandatory.
