We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Authority Expert to join our dynamic team here at Ericsson. As a critical component of our Managed Services deliveries, the role aligns with the Ericsson Operations Engine's mandate. The position�s key responsibilities include offering technology leadership, domain expertise, and robust support throughout the entire cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve processes.
What you will do:

Develop and maintain automated solutions with a keen eye for potential problem sources.

Drive continuous improvement in our recovery processes.

Provide expert insight and knowledge to our support team and automated operations unit.

Share your domain expertise with the analytics and automation team to bolster case development and analysis.

Initiate and manage the change introduction impact analysis process.

Coordinate with external suppliers/partners in case of incidents.

Support server and application interconnections, focusing on user access management.

Meet Service Resource Fulfillment activities end-to-end including planning, execution, testing, reporting and logging.

Validate and execute developed use cases, extending knowledge sharing to domain support.
