Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, particularly in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support children and their families. The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on site and virtual to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support to promote skill generalization
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and medical providers
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health.
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in practice.
