Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Ensure services follow ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred but not required
