Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment plans aligned with each individual’s goals and abilities.
  • Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions for children and adults with autism or other developmental disabilities in various settings.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records to ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility and develop initial treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification; active certification preferred.
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive behavioral health evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and security of medical records and sensitive information. Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
